It is the holiday season and you are so excited to go home and see family and friends. As you board the plane for your ten-hour flight you notice that your neighbor is overweight and partly sitting in your seat. As you sit down, you realize that it is very uncomfortable and you don't have much space. In this case, should you stay quiet and prepare for a long flight? Do you speak to the flight attendant? Do you try to get on another flight? Post Comments

Although I don't believe overweight passengers should be discriminated against, I don't believe that another passenger should have to be inconvenienced or uncomfortable during a flight because of something beyond their control. Airlines should do a better job of accomodating all passenger's needs. |

Yes they should. There is nothing worst than sitting in the middle seat and not only have to battle for the arm rest, but also have the other person's mass pouring all over you and taking up the space that you paid for. You are completely helpless in that situation. I just think it's better for everyone.
